Alto – Prescription Transfer Incentive – Terms & Conditions

* OFFER VALID THROUGH August 31, 2023.  Participant must transfer and fill one or more prescriptions to Alto by 11:59pm PST on July 28, 2023 to qualify.  Offer only open to existing patients who: (i) have previously filled at least one prescription at Alto; (ii) are 18+ years of age; and (iii) have a delivery address within an Alto Pharmacy service area. Offer not valid for: (i) patients who have never filled a prescription at Alto before; (ii) beneficiaries of state or federal healthcare programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare; or (iii) residents of Nevada, New York and any other state or territory where prohibited by law.  Participant must indicate to Alto that they want to transfer a prescription by submitting a transfer request in the Alto app or at app.alto.com/transfer.  Transfer must be completed within seven (7) days of receiving the incentive offer by email. Offer may not be distributed, sold, or redeemed for cash.  Offer may not be combined with any other Alto offer or discount.  Limit 1 per person.  Attempts to redeem this offer more than once, by any means (including signing up for multiple Alto accounts), shall be void, and any participant engaging in such activity may be disqualified. Alto reserves the right to disqualify from this offer any participant who participates in healthcare program where this offer is prohibited, lives in a state where this offer is prohibited, or who Alto suspects of fraud or abuse of the offer.  Alto also reserves the right to disqualify from this offer any transferred prescriptions which, in Alto’s sole discretion, Alto is unable to fill due to business or regulatory reasons.  Incentive (link to gift card) will be sent via email to the address associated with participant’s Alto account within eight (8) weeks.  By submitting a transfer request from the email link, participant agrees to receive the incentive by email. Alto shall not be responsible for any participant not receiving a gift link due to email filtering and/or an incorrect email address. Each gift card is issued by a third party and is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by its issuer.  Alto reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time and for any reason.
