To support all eligible Willow Grant applicants, The Carlos Rodón Foundation has partnered with Alto to offer a $150 discount toward fertility medications. Our goal is to provide meaningful support, encouragement, and access to care throughout your family-building journey.

Fill out and submit the application form on this page with your contact information and confirmation that you applied to the Willow Grant.

Tell your fertility provider to send your prescriptions to Alto Pharmacy.

Once we receive your first prescription and verify your eligibility, we’ll create your Alto account and share instructions for scheduling your first delivery.

Your $150 discount will be applied to your Alto account* and can be used toward an eligible fertility medication purchase.

*Note: The discount will not immediately appear in your cart. Once we receive your prescription and verify your eligibility, it will be applied at checkout.

Eligibility

This offer is intended for applicants who applied to the Willow Grant but were not selected. To qualify, you must meet all of the following:

Applied to the current Willow Grant cycle before applications closed and did not receive a grant (proof is required).

New or existing Alto Fertility patient undergoing a qualifying fertility treatment (e.g., IVF or egg freezing).
Cash-pay purchases only (insurance or third-party payments are not eligible).
Receive at least one fertility medication delivery from Alto (e.g., Gonal-F®, Menopur®).

Terms & conditions

*Promotion valid only for new and existing Alto Fertility patients that applied for The Carlos Rondon Foundation’s Willow Grant between July 14, 2025 and August 29, 2025. Eligible patients must complete the application form and receive at least one fertility medication delivery, defined as Gonal/Menopur. This credit can only be applied towards cash pay products at Alto Pharmacy. Products which are eligible for coverage through a patient’s insurance (including commercial and government insurance programs), employee benefit program, or 3rd party-financing are ineligible for the credit. Additionally, the credit cannot be applied toward any government insurance benefit out-of-pocket spending calculations, such as Medicare Part D True Out-of-Pocket Costs (TrOOP). The credit cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be sold or transferred to another patient. The credit shall expire 6 months from the date of issuance. Alto reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. Eligibility will be verified prior to issuance of any credit. Additional restrictions may apply subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Eligible fertility patients must receive at least one fertility medication delivery, defined as Gonal/Menopur/Cetrotide/Ganirelix. This offer is available to all new fertility patients. Not eligible with other clinic or Alto deals. This credit can only be applied towards cash pay products at Alto Pharmacy. Products which are eligible for coverage through a patient’s insurance (including commercial and government insurance programs), employee benefit program, or 3rd party-financing are ineligible for the credit. Additionally, the credit cannot be applied toward any government insurance benefit out-of-pocket spending calculations, such as Medicare Part D True Out-of-Pocket Costs (TrOOP). The credit cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be sold or transferred to another patient.
